Welcome to spend an inspiring evening exploring the confluence of yoga and Gestalt therapy under the guidance of Dr. Kailash Tuli, a widely traveled Indian professor of psychology and long-time student and teacher of yoga.
Dr. Tuli has studied yoga under several Indian teachers such as B.K.S Iyengar, and at the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Having found through his work how Gestalt and yoga complement one another as methods, he holds lectures and workshops on the topic both nationally and internationally. In November we will have a unique opportunity to meet him and get an introduction to his approach. The workshop will be interesting especially to psychologists, therapists and yoga teachers, but anyone interested in yoga and psychology is warmly welcome – no previous yoga experience required!
